Xbox games you won’t be playing on your 360

You may or may not know that Microsoft released its backwards compatibility list for the Xbox 360. Now you take all of these games and take it away from all the games playable on the Xbox and you get the games you can’t play. The games “you may have to sell or trade in“. Sadly TimeSplitters 2 and The Sims Bustin’ Out appear on that list. I need to think fast as the games will be worth more now than they will be after the release of the 360. But I really like those games and I don’t want to trade it in. Or maybe I trade those two games in to get a discount on a new Xbox 360 game? I will have to make my mind up soon…

  • Is it possible that through out the course of Xbox360 development that they find a way to play these other games? Is this the one and only list of games, or do you think there could be more games down the road when they figure out a way to make it possible.

  • Well the list of games that work on the 360 is being updated and I think that down the line they will be able to make more and more games work, so even if it doesn’t work at launch there is still a chance it will work later on. But how long it will take is the multi-million dollar question…
