Turn your optical mouse into a ghetto scanner

This is an interesting mod by wiring the optical sensor to the parallel port and installing the software allows you to use your mouse to scan things. Obviously it’s not very good at all, but it’s the idea that counts. I think it’s pretty cool though, no matter how useless it is.
