What if Google redesigned their homepage?

So this is what Google’s website would look like if they re-designed. A big part of what makes Google successfull is the fact that their website is really simple. The reason for this is that when Larry and Serge started Google, they didn’t have very good HTML skills so they made it as simple as possible. This has led Google to being the top search engine on the planet. However Andy Rutledge thinks that if Google got some people working on the design aesthetics of the website, it could make it a lot easier to use. He points out what is wrong with the website now, and with some simple colours and changes it can all be fixed. There is a ‘working’ version here if you would like to try it out.
I really like this new re-designed version, if only Google would listen and hire Andy. I say ‘hire’ because Andy knows what he is doing, he did the same sort of thing for eBay and his re-designed version is also a lot cooler, and would make eBay a lot easier to use. See for yourself.
