Intel iBook (MacBook?) shipping in June?

According to AFX News Asustek “has secured a contract from Apple Computer Inc for iBook notebook personal computers, estimated at about 1.2 mln units initially.” However this was done “without citing sources.” This means that this could be completely untrue at all; when did we ever hear news about the supply of LCD’s for the MacBook Pro and the Intel iMac? Apparently the ‘books will be powered by Intel processors with 13.3″ (widescreen) displays, as many people have speculated. It also goes on to say that Apple will start selling the ‘books from June, while suppliers of the LCD’s start to ship to Apple during April.
As to whether this is legit, it is like all Apple rumours / ‘news’; Take it with a grain of salt, as there are no sources or confirmations from other suppliers. I think that this could be true, and as with the iBooks, I think they deserve a refresh. They haven’t had anything major done to them recently so they could use the boost.
