I have fixed it for Firefox on Windows. The problem is the menu is position: relative; so that any small change in the way the browser handles the fonts and positioning, it misalignings the whole thing. The thing that is annyoing me is that in IE the homepage has a different size font than the other pages, so the menu is fine on the homepage but it is buggered for the rest of the pages (in IE of course) and I don't know why!
Another thing is that the menu is offset by 3px upwards in Mac FF1.5.0.3 when it shows up fine in Windows IE. If it is the same browser why is there a difference?
Thank God it all works fine in Safari!

All the tabs are wrong in FF1.5.0.3 on XP, they don't match up to the background.
