My predictions:

1. More movie studios for iTS.
2. New version of Front Row for iTV. Firmware update to use pre-802.11n, which is already in recent Macs/MacBooks.
3. 12" MacBook mini, but it's not a tablet.
4. 8-core Mac Pro.
5. Cesar has the one more thing: The iPod Beatles with Sir Paul on-stage with the closing performance.

Agree with your items except no iPod phone or other new iPods other than the iPod Beatles.

Afterwards, AAPL stock price conflicted - downward pressure due to no iPod phone, but upward pressure due to Jobs' announcement of 20m iPods sold; big iTunes sales during Christmas-New Year's week; etc.

After conference call during following week, invitations released for special event on Jan 30 (day after Vista goes on sale to consumers). At special event, new iPod Phone, new widescreen video iPod, and higher capacity/lower price iPod nanos are announced along with new iTunes 7.1 (including for Vista). Perfect for Valentine's Day.

Bliss would be, if Apple could take my k800i and slim it down by 50% without degrading the user experience. Otherwise I'm very happy with this phone/cam and don't see how Apple could improve upon it.
